Refund Policy

Cancellation, date change, payment, and guest count terms for bookings made with My Resorts Pune.

Booking Cancellation

Booking cancellation is not eligible for a refund.

Date Change

Date change can be done with at least 7 days prior notice.

Pending Balance Payment

Please clear the pending balance payment at the time of check-in.

Guest Count Reduction

If the guest count becomes less than originally booked, the amount will remain the same.

Extra Person Charges

Any extra person added to the booking will be charged additionally.

Government ID Requirement

Please carry valid government IDs, for example Aadhaar Card, at the time of check-in.
